These Terms govern your use of AI Translator (the “App”) and form an agreement with the developer identified on its App Store listing (“we”, “us”). By accepting these Terms, or using the App where acceptance is legally valid, you agree to them. Do not use the App if you disagree.
1. Using the App
AI Translator offers text, voice, conversation, and photo translation and related features. Availability may vary, and some features require internet access. You must be at least 13 or meet any higher local minimum age; minors need a parent’s or guardian’s permission and involvement.
These Terms supplement the applicable App Store license. Unless a custom license is supplied through the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA applies.
2. Translation Accuracy
Translations, speech recognition, and image text recognition may contain errors or omit meaning. Check important results before relying on or sharing them. The App does not provide certified translations or professional advice. Do not rely on it alone for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-risk decisions. Use qualified professional assistance where needed.
3. Your Content and Acceptable Use
You retain your existing rights in submitted content and authorize us and supporting providers to process it only as needed for requested features, consistent with the Privacy Policy. This authorization does not grant unrelated advertising or model-training rights. Obtain necessary content rights and participants’ permission before recording or translating their speech.
Do not use the App unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, disrupt services, bypass usage controls, or generate fraudulent advertising activity. The App’s software, design, and branding remain ours or our licensors’.
4. Privacy, Advertising, and Third Parties
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, permissions, advertising partners, and your choices. Accepting these Terms is not consent to tracking. You may manage permissions in device settings; refusing optional tracking does not prevent core use.
The App displays advertisements and may use third-party services. Ads and external links are not endorsements. Review third-party terms before using their services or sharing information.
5. Service Availability and Liability
We may update the App or reasonably restrict access for material violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using it at any time. Uninterrupted service and error-free results are not guaranteed. Keep separate copies of important history.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or interruptions outside our reasonable control where we have met our legal duties. We remain responsible where legally liable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other non-excludable liability, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms and the Effective Date, providing notice and obtaining agreement where legally required. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove accrued rights. Contact us about questions or disputes; this does not restrict your legal remedies.
